We have partnered with our client in their search for a Solutions Architect specialising in D365 and enterprise applications. This is a senior architecture engagement supporting a complex technology landscape spanning Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle and Kraken. The successful candidate will help stabilise and optimise the current environment while defining the future-state architecture and longer-term platform roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Define current-state and future-state architecture across multiple enterprise platforms.
- Produce solution designs, architecture diagrams, roadmaps and technical documentation.
- Assess integrations, data flows and dependencies across D365, Oracle and Kraken.
- Support platform optimisation, consolidation planning and BAU transition.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Establish architecture standards, governance and assurance processes.

Skills Required
- Extensive Solutions Architecture experience within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture knowledge.
- Experience across enterprise applications, integrations and data architecture.
- Proven ability to develop architecture roadmaps and solution designs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
- Oracle, utilities, energy or regulated-industry experience would be advantageous.
Education & Work Experience
- Relevant degree, professional architecture qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive experience delivering enterprise solution architecture within complex transformation environments.
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders, technology teams and third-party suppliers.

Location: Wigan or Manchester, hybrid with two days per week onsite
Client Industry: Utilities / Energy
Duration: Initial six-month contract - inside IR35
