Role Summary
We are hiring a Senior Manager in Solution Architecture to lead the design, commercialization, and delivery of enterprise-scale cloud and AI engineering platforms. This role operates across solution architecture, AI platform innovation, and commercial deal shaping, with a focus on building and scaling agentic engineering capabilities across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

What You’ll Do
Lead Enterprise Solution Architecture
- Own end-to-end architecture for complex cloud and digital transformation programmes (Azure-centric but not exclusively)
- Define scalable design patterns across application, DevSecOps, and platform engineering with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and open source technologies
- Ensure architectural integrity, governance, and engineering excellence
Drive AI & Agentic Engineering Innovation
- Lead the design and evolution of AI-driven engineering platforms embedding automation across the SDLC
- Define and operationalize multi-agent architectures across design, development, testing, and operations
- Translate frontier AI technologies into reusable engineering capabilities and offerings

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
