What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner closely with sales teams to design and position Modern Workplace solutions that solve real business challenges
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, guiding them through Microsoft-centric cloud journeys
- Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and technical conversations that inspire confidence and drive adoption
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes
- Support partners in building scalable, profitable cloud practices
- Stay ahead of industry trends, especially across AI, security, and productivity platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless partner experiences

You’ll play a critical role in helping partners modernise how their customers work — enabling productivity, security, and collaboration at scale. Your expertise will directly influence revenue growth, partner satisfaction, and the broader success of Pax8’s Modern Workplace strategy.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting, or solutions-focused role
- Strong understanding of Modern Workplace technologies, particularly Microsoft ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, engaging way
- Extensive experience working with partners or customers to design cloud solutions
- Commercial awareness and the ability to align technical solutions with business value
- Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, especially AI-driven solutions

Salary & Benefits:
- Sweden: SEK530,000 - SEK760,000 plus SEK230,000 OTE (uncapped)
- UK: £40,000 - £60,000 plus £16,000 OTE (uncapped)

Background Checks
As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8. As part of these checks Pax8 will request ID verification, reference requests and qualification checks (additional checks may be completed for certain countries, such as criminal and financial).
