Solution Implementation Project Manager
Dexory is scaling fast, and the experience of our customers sits at the heart of everything we do. As we expand and launch next-generation features, we often work in close partnership with key customers to bring them to life at scale. This creates a wide variety of complex implementation projects and deployments where strong, cross-functional project management is critical to success.
We are seeking an experienced Solution Implementation Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of these rollouts - both within Dexory and across customer environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment of complex technology and business solutions, delivering on scope, schedule, and quality while driving an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of Dexory’s complex solution deployments, from internal scoping through to post-implementation stabilization.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Client Operations, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and success measures.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans that account for the technical and operational complexity of complex feature rollouts, including timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies, escalating and driving resolution where required to protect project outcomes.
- Ensure all workstreams adhere to Dexory’s standards for quality, speed, reliability, and compliance.
- Act as the central point of coordination and communication for internal stakeholders and leadership, providing structured updates and ensuring clarity of ownership.
- Capture learnings from each complex deployment to improve tools, processes, and team efficiency for future implementations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in solution deployment, IT implementations, or enterprise software rollouts.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies, system integration or release management best practices.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Google Suite, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
