Overview

Publicis Production is looking for a Solution Design Director to play a pivotal role in shaping how we design and deliver production solutions for our clients globally.

Sitting at the intersection of Commercial, Technology, Growth and Operations, you will turn complex client briefs into compelling, scalable and commercially viable production solutions.

You’ll work closely with our Growth and Commercial teams during major client opportunities, bringing together the right production capabilities, workflows, technology, talent and delivery model to create solutions that answer our clients’ needs.

This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior clients and leaders across Publicis Groupe. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who understands production deeply, embraces technology and AI, and enjoys turning complex challenges into solutions that work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of production solutions for major client opportunities, from initial brief through to implementation.
  • Translate client needs into clear and compelling operating models, workflows and delivery solutions.
  • Define the right combination of onshore, offshore and global hub capabilities.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Technology, Growth and Operations to ensure solutions are both ambitious and deliverable.
  • Build robust cost-to-serve models covering resource, capacity, location mix and technology.
  • Partner with Commercial and Finance to ensure solutions support sustainable pricing and margin.
  • Bring AI and automation into solution design, identifying where technology can improve efficiency, speed and quality.
  • Ensure technology commitments reflect the capabilities of our platforms and wider Publicis Groupe technology ecosystem.
  • Present solutions to senior client stakeholders and support pitches, negotiations and procurement conversations.
  • Create clear handovers into Transition and Operations so solutions can be implemented successfully.
  • Develop reusable solution frameworks and best practices that can be applied across clients, markets and regions.
  • Use insights from live client delivery, renewals, wins and losses to continuously improve how we design future solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
