Solution Engineer | Enterprise AI | Full-Stack Development

We're partnering with an innovative technology organisation that is transforming how enterprises leverage AI to solve complex business challenges. They're looking for a Solution Engineer who enjoys building scalable applications, working directly with customers, and delivering impactful AI-driven solutions.

If you're passionate about software engineering, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence—and enjoy solving real-world problems with customers—this could be an excellent opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver production solutions, proofs of concept, and technical demonstrations.
  • Develop full-stack applications using modern technologies and engineering best practices.
  • Review application designs and code, ensuring quality and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance customer solutions.
  • Deliver technical workshops, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
  • Create clear technical documentation and solution specifications.
  • Identify technical risks early and work proactively to resolve them.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence future platform enhancements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another STEM discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong object-oriented programming skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working within cross-functional, customer-facing teams.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building and deploying enterprise software applications.
  • Customer-facing consulting or solution engineering experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Knowledge of Git and modern development workflows.
  • Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Understanding of SQL, NoSQL, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and AI application development.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Energy, Telecommunications, Supply Chain, Aerospace, or the Public Sector.
