Solution Engineer | Enterprise AI | Full-Stack Development
We're partnering with an innovative technology organisation that is transforming how enterprises leverage AI to solve complex business challenges. They're looking for a Solution Engineer who enjoys building scalable applications, working directly with customers, and delivering impactful AI-driven solutions.
If you're passionate about software engineering, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence—and enjoy solving real-world problems with customers—this could be an excellent opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications.
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver production solutions, proofs of concept, and technical demonstrations.
- Develop full-stack applications using modern technologies and engineering best practices.
- Review application designs and code, ensuring quality and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance customer solutions.
- Deliver technical workshops, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
- Create clear technical documentation and solution specifications.
- Identify technical risks early and work proactively to resolve them.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence future platform enhancements.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another STEM discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working within cross-functional, customer-facing teams.
- Willingness to travel when required.

Nice to Have
- Experience building and deploying enterprise software applications.
- Customer-facing consulting or solution engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Knowledge of Git and modern development workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of SQL, NoSQL, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and AI application development.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Energy, Telecommunications, Supply Chain, Aerospace, or the Public Sector.
