You will bridge the gap between complex enterprise needs and cutting-edge LLM technology. As a key technical lead, you will design RAG-based solutions, manage production-grade model serving infrastructure, and lead client POCs across Europe. What You Will Do
- Design and implement enterprise AI solutions including RAG, fine-tuning, and advanced prompt engineering.
- Architect and operate robust model serving infrastructure using tools like vLLM and Kubernetes on GPU clusters.
- Lead client-facing engagements to define requirements, execute proof-of-concepts, and manage production rollouts.
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years of experience in production software engineering with a focus on deploying and operating LLMs.
- Proven track record in client-facing roles such as solution architecture, pre-sales, or forward-deployed engineering.
- Deep technical expertise in model serving frameworks and building infrastructure for scalable AI applications.
