At OneSpan

At OneSpan, we specialize in digital identity and anti-fraud solutions that create exceptional and secure experiences.

About the Role

At OneSpan, we are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team in the UK. As a Solutions Engineer, you are much more than a technical expert. You are a trusted advisor, problem solver, and business partner who helps customers achieve meaningful outcomes with OneSpan solutions.

We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation who is equally comfortable discussing business challenges, facilitating discovery sessions, whiteboarding solution concepts, and presenting to executive audiences. You thrive in fast-moving environments, take ownership, learn quickly, and bring a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset to every opportunity.

If you're curious, customer-obsessed, eager to learn, and excited to help shape business growth, we'd love to talk to you.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Sales to drive customer engagements from discovery through solution design and technical validation.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions to uncover business goals, challenges, and success criteria.
  • Translate customer needs into impactful solution strategies that create measurable business value.
  • Design, whiteboard, and present solution architectures that resonate with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Support RFx responses and technical aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Build and manage technical relationships with the partner eco-system in your region.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer challenges.
  • Actively participate in trade shows, seminars and online events.
  • Roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to move opportunities forward and help customers succeed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
