The Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our high-performing team of Solution Engineers in the UK, with a focus on the Public Sector. You will collaborate closely with regional peers across Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and Product to help win strategic sales opportunities.

We are seeking someone with strong technical expertise and business insight who can articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, compelling way. You will be comfortable in a hands-on role, delivering impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and deep dives across customer engagements. As a key technical spokesperson for Quantexa, you’ll build lasting trust with stakeholders by engaging them in relevant, value-driven conversations that address the unique challenges of central government.

Location

This role is based in London and will require travel to customer sites where appropriate. This is a hybrid role but with expectations to be on client site or in the London office at least two times per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be a functional and technical expert in Quantexa’s platform and products, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and real-world applications.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of UK central government practices and how the platform addresses operational challenges.
  • Articulate and present the value of our platform, demonstrating how Quantexa solves specific pain points and enables better decision-making.
  • Represent Quantexa at industry events, customer meetings, and webinars, showcasing our capabilities and thought leadership.
  • Manage the technical aspects of the sales cycle, working alongside Sales, Architects, and Product teams.
  • Contribute to winning proposals, including RFPs and RFIs.
  • Take ownership of the design and execution of PoCs and trials, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
  • Collaborate on the design of tailored solutions, working with partners, customers, and internal teams to define the right approach.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, both in-person and remotely, that connect with stakeholders from users to executives.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with prospects, uncovering core business challenges and technical needs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
