Job Title: Solution Lead
Location: London - On-site
Contract: 12 Months
Day Rate: £870 - OUTSIDE IR35
What You'll Do
- Lead the architecture, implementation, and optimisation of Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS), guards, and Multi-Level Security (MLS) gateways.
- Design and deliver secure cross-domain communication solutions that enable collaboration between classified, secure, and segregated network environments.
- Integrate and standardise multi-vendor Unified Communications platforms including SIP, H.323, Video Teleconferencing (VTC), instant messaging, and presence services.
- Develop resilient, fault-tolerant, and low-latency communication architectures to support critical operational environments.
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams throughout solution design, deployment, testing, and operational transition.
- Ensure communication solutions meet rigorous security, compliance, and information assurance requirements.
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, and stakeholder teams to deliver highly secure enterprise collaboration capabilities.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing and delivering Unified Communications solutions within secure or highly regulated environments.
- Strong expertise in Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS), guards, data diodes, MLS architectures, or related secure information exchange technologies.
- Hands-on experience with UC technologies including SIP, H.323, VTC, voice, messaging, and collaboration platforms.
- Experience integrating complex multi-vendor communication systems across enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, secure communications, and information assurance principles.
- Experience leading technical teams and providing architectural governance across large-scale deployments.
- Knowledge of security accreditation, compliance, and risk management processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively within complex, mission-critical environments.

Desirable Experience
- Experience with secure voice, video, and collaboration technologies in classified environments.
- Knowledge of secure gateway technologies, cyber security frameworks, and zero-trust architectures.
