We are looking for a Solution Marketing Manager to join RSM UK's Integrated Marketing and Communications team. This role is responsible for leading the marketing strategy and go-to-market activity for RSM Consulting's Risk & Governance and Forensic solutions.
Working closely with solution leaders, industry teams, the wider Consulting marketing team and colleagues across the US Consulting business, the Solution Marketing Manager will develop and deliver integrated marketing programmes that build market profile, generate demand, strengthen client relationships and support revenue growth. The role will identify opportunities to leverage thought leadership, campaigns, propositions and credentials to maximise impact in the UK market.
While accountable for two priority solutions, the role will champion a Total Consulting mindset, identifying opportunities to connect across Consulting, create integrated campaigns and drive cross-solution growth.
You'll make an impact by
- Developing and delivering marketing strategies and annual plans aligned to the growth ambitions of the Risk & Governance and Forensic solutions
- Partnering with solution leadership teams to align marketing activity with commercial priorities and growth objectives
- Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, events, PR and thought leadership channels
- Translating complex technical, regulatory and investigative topics into compelling, client-focused messaging and content
- Working with subject matter experts and the consulting communication team to develop content that demonstrates RSM's expertise and market differentiation
- Building strong relationships with US Consulting marketing and solution teams to identify opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing and joint marketing initiatives
- Defining, monitoring and reporting on marketing performance against agreed objectives

What we're looking for

- Significant B2B marketing experience, ideally within consulting, professional services, risk, governance or investigations environments
- Proven experience developing and delivering marketing strategies linked to commercial outcomes
- Strong campaign planning and execution experience across multiple marketing channels
- Experience translating complex propositions into clear and compelling client-focused messaging
- Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders within a matrix organisation
- Excellent communication, writing and storytelling skills
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business growth drivers
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
