About Sedex
Sedex is a trusted partner for over 100,000 businesses worldwide, helping them create socially and environmentally sustainable supply chains. Through our platform's powerful data insights and expert guidance, we simplify the management, assessment, and reporting of sustainability performance.
Our Vision is to be a leader in making global supply chains more socially and environmentally sustainable. Our Mission is to provide data-driven insights, accessible tools, and exceptional services that support businesses in improving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance and outcomes.
The Role
We are seeking a Solution Marketing Manager – Supplier Growth to join our dynamic Marketing department. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping how Sedex speaks to and supports its supplier members — the factories and sites that make up the majority of our membership, many of whom join because a customer asked them to.
Today, most of our marketing is aimed at the buyers who require audits. Suppliers, meanwhile, often don't see the full value of membership beyond the audit request itself. Your job is to change that: to clearly explain what a supplier gets when they join Sedex — one audit that can be shared across every customer relationship instead of repeated separately, structured support to fix any issues an audit finds, and visibility to new potential customers looking for verified, responsible suppliers.
You'll own the supplier-facing messaging and content strategy end to end, and work closely with Product and Customer Success to make sure what we build, and what we say, genuinely reflects what suppliers need.
Key Responsibilities
As a Solution Marketing Manager – Supplier Growth, you will:
- Define Supplier Positioning & Messaging:
- Build and maintain clear, simple messaging that explains what supplier membership delivers — audit sharing, structured improvement support, and visibility to new customers.
- Recognise that suppliers aren't all the same: tailor messaging for single-site factories, multi-site enterprises, and growth-focused SMEs, each with different needs and concerns.
- Track how Sedex compares with other audit and certification schemes, and maintain a clear, honest answer to ‘why Sedex.’
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Experience marketing to non-Western, small-business or multilingual audiences — our suppliers are mostly based in Asia, Latin America and Africa.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn customer feedback and renewal data into clear recommendations.
