At Avensys, we help healthcare providers across the UK manage the full lifecycle of their medical devices through services including biomedical engineering support, Managed Equipment Services (MES), equipment maintenance, endoscope servicing, technical training, and equipment resale/disposal.

We're looking for an ambitious, results-driven Solution Sales Manager to drive new business growth across NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, and clinical organisations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Generating and winning new business opportunities
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
  • Developing relationships with senior NHS and healthcare stakeholders
  • Identifying tender and procurement opportunities
  • Leading proposals, bids, and commercial negotiations
  • Promoting innovative healthcare solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and patient care
  • Achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record in business development or solution sales
  • Experience selling into healthcare, medical devices, healthcare services, or clinical engineering environments
  • Strong understanding of NHS and/or private healthcare procurement
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, target-driven approach to winning new business

What we offer:

  • Remote role with UK travel
  • £50,000-£55,000 depending on experience
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
