Role Overview

The Solution Sales – Microsoft Dynamics will lead the end-to-end sales strategy for Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM solutions, driving revenue growth, enterprise account penetration, and large-deal closures. This role requires deep expertise in Automation, ERP transformation, and complex solution selling across mid-market and enterprise clients. The leader will manage a high-performing sales team, build C-suite relationships, and shape multi-year digital transformation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Leadership — Define and execute the regional sales strategy for Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM, aligned with organizational growth targets.
  • Enterprise Account Management — Own key enterprise accounts, drive multi-tower solution adoption, and expand wallet share.
  • Pipeline Governance — Build, track, and govern a robust pipeline using structured forecasting, deal reviews, and CRM hygiene.
  • Large Deal Management — Lead complex pursuits, RFP responses, and multi-stakeholder negotiations for high-value ERP/CRM deals.
  • Team Leadership — Coach, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs and performance metrics.
  • C-Suite Engagement — Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CHROs, and digital transformation leaders.
  • Partner Ecosystem Management — Collaborate with Microsoft, ISVs, and channel partners to drive joint GTM initiatives.
  • Solution Positioning — Articulate the business value of Dynamics 365, Sales Force Automation, and ERP modernization.
  • P&L Ownership — Own revenue targets, profitability, pricing strategy, and discount governance.
  • Market Intelligence — Track competition, emerging technologies, and industry trends to refine GTM strategy.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with at least 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar ERP transformation deals.
  • Strong understanding of Sales Force Automation, supply chain, finance, and operations modules.
  • Experience managing regional sales teams, channel partners, and multi-country portfolios.
  • Deep expertise in solution selling, value-based selling, and consultative engagement.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence CXO stakeholders.
  • Excellent command over sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, and deal governance.
  • Ability to collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications in Dynamics 365, Azure, or Cloud Solution Architecture.
  • Experience in global markets or multi-industry enterprise selling.
