Location: Remote - anywhere in the UK
Salary: Up to £80,000 + strong bonus scheme with accelerators
Are you a consultative technology sales professional with a strong understanding of warehouse, wholesale, distribution or supply chain environments?
Recann are partnering with a specialist solutions provider. We’re looking for a high-performing Solution Sales Specialist to drive growth across the warehouse, wholesale and distribution sectors, helping organisations unlock greater efficiency and visibility through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Supply Chain Management.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced enterprise software salesperson who can engage confidently with C-suite executives and operational leaders, understand complex business challenges, and translate technology into compelling commercial outcomes.
The Role
- You’ll take ownership of the sales journey from identifying and developing new opportunities through to closing complex, multi-month enterprise software deals.
- You’ll work consultatively with customers to understand challenges such as stock inaccuracies, slow order fulfilment, limited multi-warehouse visibility and inefficient operational workflows, then demonstrate how Microsoft Dynamics 365 can deliver measurable business value and ROI.
- You’ll also work closely with technical pre-sales teams, Microsoft field representatives, ISVs and channel partners to develop compelling solutions, expand opportunities and accelerate sales cycles.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
