About the Team Hiring
As a Solution Sales Specialist - Simulation, your mission is to drive the adoption of Graitec’s proprietary Advance Design software solutions across our global customer base. You will identify, engage, and convert high-potential prospects and existing clients into long-term partners by leveraging your technical acumen, consultative selling skills, and deep understanding of customer workflows in the AEC and MFG sectors.
Overview
Sales Execution & Pipeline Development
- Drive new Advance Design business acquisition and revenue growth through direct sales activities (prospecting, value-based presentations, online demos).
- Manage Advance Design strategic accounts and develop tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and develop Advance Design opportunities within the existing customer base.

Customer Engagement & Success
- Lead consultative Advance Design discovery to understand customer pain points and design value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and customer success teams to ensure seamless Advance Design onboarding and solution adoption.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement of Advance Design products and services.
Strategic Collaboration & Enablement
- Act as an Advance Design subject matter expert, supporting internal teams with product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Partner with marketing to co-create Advance Design campaigns, customer testimonials, and thought leadership content.
- Provide feedback to product teams to inform roadmap and Advance Design innovation.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM data to support Advance Design forecasting and performance tracking.
- Contribute to the Global Advance Design Solution Sales Community and participate in key events and initiatives.

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Collaboration & Communication
- Cross-functional teamwork with sales, technical, and marketing teams

- Use of digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft 365 suite)

On Target Earning
- Pay range for this role:
- Role Targeted Variable Pay Mix: 40%
- Minimum Annual On Target Earning: 60k GBP
- Maximum Annual On Target Earning: 120K GBP
