• 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure sales, deal structuring, or commercial operations with a track record of closing high-value EMEA deals (e.g., cloud compute, GPU infrastructure, data center agreements).
• 5+ years shaping commercial structure for complex multi-year EMEA commitments, including term negotiation, pricing strategy, and contract execution.
• Deep expertise in EMEA AI adoption dynamics, from startups scaling initial production systems to hyperscale enterprises deploying global AI workloads.
• Fluency in CoreWeave’s value stack: GPU compute, high-performance networking, storage, Kubernetes platforms. Understand how these components integrate for AI customers.
• Regulatory agility: Managing GDPR, EU AI Act compliance, data residency, and sovereign AI program nuances in deal negotiation.
• Executive negotiation experience with C-suite and VP procurement leaders at world-class enterprises and financial institutions.
• Roots in commercial frameworks such as:
  • Long-term commitment economics (e.g., cost escalation, SLAs)
  • Sliding schedules and capital vs. operational tradeoffs

Bonus (Highly Preferred)

• Watershed experience in a deal desk or strategic deals function at EMEA players like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
• Direct exposure to AI infrastructure procurement, including GPU/HPC contracts, scalable cloud AI workloads, or MLOps solutions.
• EMEA legal/finance crossover expertise (VAT optimization, cross-border contract clauses, sovereign acquisition mandates).
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent quantitative fields.
