What you will be doing as a Solutions Analyst?
- Optimizing automation system performance for the customer
- Providing real-time analysis and tuning of automated systems
- Monitoring KPIs and producing operational performance reports
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Advising on pick face and order planning
- Managing software issues through to resolution
- Coordinating third-party suppliers and support teams
- Supporting root cause analysis and system improvements
- Acting as the interface between the customer and Logistex technical teams

What do we need from you?
- HNC or equivalent in a software or IT-related discipline
- Experience with networking and server hardware
- Coding knowledge in C++, Java or similar languages
- Data analysis and reporting experience
- Knowledge of Jira and ITIL principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer-facing experience
- Ability to work independently and within a team
