Physical industries like energy, utilities, and infrastructure underpin our economy and daily lives. Yet many of the organizations responsible for them are constrained by fragmented processes, fragile legacy systems, and decades-old ways of working.
These organizations must manage aging assets, deliver major infrastructure programs, meet tighter standards, and keep essential services running. Cogna helps them solve the operational problems that slow this work down. Our AI platform captures the context behind complex workflows and turns it into AI-native applications that help teams work faster, more accurately, and more reliably.
Since our launch in May 2023, we've seen very strong customer traction and revenue growth. We're backed by leading VCs, including Notion Capital and Hoxton Ventures, and we're building a world-class team to take on one of the most important challenges of our time. We're a team of around 80 today, on a path to Series B and scaling towards 150.
Making an impact at this scale takes people who are curious, adaptable, and motivated by purpose. If our mission resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if your experience doesn't match every requirement. We are committed to building a diverse team that reflects the industries and societies we serve.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
