About The Role
We are seeking a client-facing Solutions Analyst to join our growing systems integration team. You will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between what our clients want and what our tech team can build. You will be comfortable leading customer workshops, advising management teams on recommended approaches, and working with delivery teams to achieve quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document business processes and requirements (specifically for manufacturing clients undergoing digital transformation)
- Translate business needs into high-level solution designs, comprising a combination of cloud tools, bespoke applications, and integrations
- Develop process maps, user journeys, and solution requirements documentation
- Define technical interface specifications and system design for system integration projects
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and test solutions
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions
- Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies within the team

The Skills You'll Need To Demonstrate
- Ability to lead business process mapping, requirement gathering, functional design, and data mapping/migration projects
- Proven experience in system integration projects and digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams to design tailored data models
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multi-disciplinary remote teams

Desirable Skills That Will Make You Stand Out
- Project experience in implementing and integrating finance, ERP, MES, or other manufacturing-specific tools
- Experience with API specification, including endpoints, request/response payloads, and data attributes
- Experience with testing API endpoints (e.g., with Postman or Swagger), troubleshooting, and monitoring performance
- Knowledge of database design and SQL queries as they relate to API functionality
