About SINGU
At SINGU, we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business.
Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started.
Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.
If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation.
About The Role
We're looking for a Solutions and Implementation Manager to join our Customer Experience team, managing the delivery and implementation of Micad FM, our estates management platform, for our UK customer base. We're bolstering the team ahead of a high volume of upcoming implementations.
In this role, you'll be the technical expert who bridges the gap between sales and Customer Success – owning the customer journey from pre-sales through to complete implementation. If you're excited about managing complex technical projects, solving implementation challenges, and being the linchpin between our commercial and delivery teams, this is the opportunity for you!
Where will you be based?
This role is remote within the UK, and the Cardiff area is our preference. If you're near Cardiff, we'd ask you to co-locate with the team around once a week; if you're based elsewhere in the UK, we bring the team together in person roughly once a quarter.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll be doing
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation – own the technical deployment of Micad FM for UK customers, configuring solutions to meet their specific requirements, delivering training, and ensuring successful go-live.
- Act as a technical advisor and product expert – develop deep knowledge of Micad FM to guide customers through complex configurations, troubleshoot technical issues, demonstrate ROI, and identify opportunities to expand usage across their organisation.
- Drive revenue growth and expansion – lead technical product discovery and demonstrations with Sales to scope additional modules, integrations, and services that deliver value.
- Conduct strategic Success Planning – lead Success planning sessions with key accounts, demonstrating measurable outcomes and ensuring alignment between customer objectives and our solutions.
- Work cross-functionally – partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to deliver a joined-up customer experience, provide product feedback, and advocate for customer needs internally.
- Build the team and the playbook – work with our implementation lead to develop repeatable delivery processes, mentor colleagues, and help shape a high-performing implementation function as we scale.
What We're Looking For
- Technical implementation experience – you have a proven track record in implementation, technical account management, or solutions consulting roles (ideally in SaaS, PropTech, CAFM, or B2B software), with the ability to configure and deploy software solutions.
- Sales acumen and commercial awareness – you understand the customer lifecycle, can articulate ROI, and work collaboratively with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Strong technical aptitude – you're comfortable learning complex software platforms, troubleshooting issues, and training end-users on best practices.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder – you can translate technical concepts into business value, build trust with stakeholders at all levels, and navigate complex organisational dynamics.
- Data-driven and technically proficient – you're comfortable with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), project management tools (e.g., Jira), and analysing customer data to drive decisions and demonstrate value.
