Job Title

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solutions Architect based in United Kingdom.

About the Role

This is a high-impact Solutions Architect opportunity focused on bringing cutting-edge Voice AI technology to Arabic-speaking markets. You will serve as a hands-on technical partner for enterprise customers, owning implementations from initial discovery through production deployment. The role combines customer-facing solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, technical delivery, and post-launch support. You will design solutions around real-world customer environments, technical constraints, and data-residency requirements while building reusable patterns that can accelerate future engagements. As the first dedicated technical presence for the region, you will also shape the regional playbook and influence product development through direct customer insights. The environment is fast-moving, AI-first, globally distributed, and highly collaborative, with significant autonomy and technical ownership.

Accountabilities

  • Own the technical design and delivery of enterprise customer implementations across the target region, from initial kickoff through production cutover and scaling.
  • Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical evaluations for prospective customers in partnership with commercial teams.
  • Design practical solutions that align with customer technology stacks, business requirements, operational constraints, and data-residency needs.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Arabic-speaking customers, communicating effectively with both engineering teams and business or executive stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and regional engagements, helping establish strong technical relationships.
  • Develop reusable implementation patterns, reference architectures, deployment playbooks, and automation that can be applied across future customer projects.
  • Translate lessons learned from implementations and evaluations into scalable technical approaches that shorten time to customer value.
  • Bring customer feedback to Product and Research teams, particularly insights into Arabic-language model performance across different dialects and production use cases.
  • Support complex post-onboarding technical cases and regional escalations, helping maintain strong customer outcomes as deployments scale.
  • Contribute to expanding technical coverage across additional time zones as the global team grows.
  • Balance customer delivery, pre-sales, technical enablement, documentation, product feedback, and escalations according to business priorities.
  • Operate with an AI-first mindset, continuously experimenting with modern AI tools and incorporating them into technical discovery, development, solution design, and delivery workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
