We're currently recruiting for a Solution Architect to join one of the UK's leading Property Technology teams. You'll play a key role in designing and shaping the technology behind smarter, more connected buildings, working across IoT, digital systems and enterprise architecture.
Location: Hybrid, Bristol
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + bonus
The role:
This isn't your typical architecture role.
You'll work across a wide range of Property Technology initiatives, turning complex ideas into clear, scalable solutions. From producing high-level designs to shaping technical direction and working with stakeholders across the business, you'll help deliver innovative solutions that connect IoT, access control, BMS, BIM and enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities:
- Produce high-level designs and support low-level designs where required.
- Shape solutions across IoT, BMS, access control, BIM and digital systems.
- Work closely with technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders to define integration and architecture.
- Ensure solutions align with security, infrastructure and governance standards.
Your key skills required:
- Experience as a Solution or Technical Architect.
- Strong experience producing HLDs and solution designs.
- Knowledge of IoT, APIs, integration, infrastructure or smart building technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
