Role: Solution Architect – Customer Data
Location: London – Hybrid, 1 day per week in the office
Salary: Up to £115,000 + package
We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a large organisation undergoing significant technology transformation.
The role will sit within the Customer Data space, helping shape the architecture and technical direction of a major transformation programme.
You’ll work across business, product, architecture and engineering teams, taking complex requirements and translating them into scalable solutions while helping define the future technology landscape.
The Role
As Solution Architect, you’ll take ownership of solution design across customer data and associated platforms, working from early discovery and requirements through to implementation and delivery.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Defining end-to-end solution architecture across Customer Data and CRM
- Translating business requirements into clear, scalable technical solutions
- Supporting Customer Data / CRM transformation programmes
- Developing target-state architecture, solution designs and technology roadmaps
- Understanding existing platforms, integrations and data flows and defining how these need to evolve
- Working across customer profiles, identity, consent and customer-data capabilities
- Supporting technology and platform evaluation and selection
- Defining integration patterns between customer, data and wider enterprise platforms
- Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Enterprise Architecture teams
- Collaborating with third-party technology and delivery partners
- Providing architectural governance and design assurance throughout delivery

We’re looking for an established Solution Architect who has worked on complex, enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
You’ll ideally bring experience across:
- Customer Data architecture
- CRM transformation
- Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or Customer Data Hubs
- Customer 360 / Single Customer View
- Customer identity and profile management
- Data integration and APIs
- Personalisation and segmentation
- Loyalty or customer engagement platforms
- Cloud-based architecture
- Third-party/vendor-led delivery environments

Most importantly, you’ll have experience taking a Customer Data or CRM transformation from architecture and design through to implementation, rather than simply supporting an existing platform.
This is an opportunity to join a major transformation at an early enough stage to have genuine influence over the architecture and technology direction.
You’ll be working on a high-profile programme with significant investment, complex architectural challenges and the opportunity to help shape a new customer-data ecosystem.
