We're working with a leading global organisation that is at the forefront of digital innovation, deeply investing in enterprise AI to reshape its future. This company is a powerhouse in its industry, consistently driving technological advancements and seeking to integrate cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions across its complex enterprise environment.

The Role

  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define AI product vision, roadmaps, and value creation.
  • Design end-to-end Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures using the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Develop reusable architecture patterns for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agent orchestration, multi-agent collaboration, enterprise knowledge retrieval, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Design secure, scalable, and governed AI solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, governance, and Responsible AI requirements.
  • Support observability, interoperability, monitoring, and operational excellence across AI platforms, embedding controls for identity, access management, auditability, transparency, and accountability.
  • Evaluate AI technologies, vendors, and platforms to support strategic build-versus-buy decisions, monitoring emerging AI trends and translating new capabilities into practical enterprise solutions.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or AI Architect within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), orchestration, automation, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience designing secure, scalable, and governed AI solutions with strong knowledge of security, privacy, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical technology solutions and define measurable business outcomes.
