Solutions Architect – Salesforce & Headless CMS | Remote | £70-80K
We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to play a key role in a major digital transformation, working across Salesforce, Headless CMS, PIM and modern cloud technologies.
This is a role for someone who can operate comfortably between technology, business and senior stakeholders, bringing structure to complex environments and helping different teams work together towards better, customer-focused solutions.
You’ll define end-to-end architectures, shape integration strategies and provide architectural leadership across digital products and customer-facing platforms. The role covers everything from business requirements and solution design through to delivery, governance and architectural assurance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We’re particularly interested in architects who have worked in established organisations going through transformation, especially those who have helped introduce greater structure, governance and customer-focused processes into an immature architecture environment.
