Role: Solution Architect – Customer Data & CRM
Location: South West London - 1 day a week
Salary: Up to £115,000 + Bonus & Benefits
I'm working with a major consumer-facing organisation embarking on a significant transformation across its Customer Data and CRM landscape.
The organisation is at the beginning of a major programme of change, with significant investment being made into how customer data is captured, connected and used across the business.
You'll have the opportunity to shape the architecture, influence major technology decisions and help build the foundations for a genuine Customer 360 / Single Customer View.
They are looking for a Solution Architect to play a key role in defining how customer data is brought together across digital and physical channels, creating unified customer profiles that can support CRM, loyalty, segmentation and personalised customer experiences.
This isn't simply a CRM implementation role or a position focused on one technology platform. You'll be looking across the wider Customer Data ecosystem, including customer identity, CRM, CDP, consent, loyalty, personalisation and the underlying data and integration architecture.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Architecture teams, alongside strategic technology partners, to define the future Customer Data landscape and take the transformation from architecture and design through into delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Customer identity and profile management
- Master Customer Data / golden records
- Identity resolution, matching and deduplication
- Customer segmentation and personalisation
- Loyalty and customer engagement
- Consent and preference management
- Data integration and APIs
- Salesforce, Dynamics or other major CRM ecosystems
- Cloud-based data platforms
