Solution Architect | Bristol (Hybrid - 2 days in office) | £70,000 - £75,000

Peaple Talent is partnering with a leading organisation undergoing significant investment across its digital, enterprise and smart building technology landscape. As the business continues to develop its digital estate, they are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to help shape and deliver integrated technology solutions across a diverse range of environments.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad technology landscape spanning enterprise IT, cloud, infrastructure, APIs, and operational technology. You'll play a key role in translating business and technical requirements into robust, scalable architectures while helping shape standards and best practices for future delivery.

We're looking for a well-rounded Solution Architect who enjoys combining hands-on solution design with stakeholder engagement and architecture governance. You'll be comfortable working across multiple technologies and able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
