Senior Solution Architect

£105,000 - £120,000 + Excellent Benefits
Hybrid – London

Our client, an international professional services organisation, is undergoing a significant technology transformation and is investing heavily in its Architecture capability. As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Solution Architect to help shape the future of their technology landscape.

This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation at a relatively early stage in its architecture maturity, where you'll play a key role in defining standards, influencing technical direction, mentoring others, and helping establish architectural best practice across the business. Alongside delivering complex enterprise solutions, you'll also contribute to the organisation's AI foundations, helping ensure the technology estate is ready to support future AI capabilities and innovation.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Architecture, you'll work across strategic transformation programmes, partnering with business leaders, engineering teams, and fellow architects to design scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions.

This role combines hands-on solution architecture with the opportunity to influence the wider architecture function, helping to build processes, governance, and standards as the capability continues to mature.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
