About the Role
You'll help prospective and existing customers understand how Harmonic can address their unique challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with prospects and existing clients to demonstrate product capabilities through technical storytelling
- Building proof of value (POV) plans and executing them successfully
- Bridging the gap between customers and our product and engineering teams

Success in this role means building strong relationships with customers, guiding them through their AI adoption journey, and ensuring they feel confident and empowered to use Harmonic’s solution.
What You'll Do
- Responsible and accountable for all pre-sale technical activities
- Collaborate closely with customers to create and execute tailored POCs
- Work as part of the EMEA/DACH sales team to close new business opportunities and support existing customers
- Work closely with product and marketing to turn technical insights into compelling content and messaging
- Stay on top of the competitive landscape to help shape our story
What You Bring
- Proven track record in solutions architect, solutions engineering, or pre-sales engineering roles in enterprise security
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools and deploying software in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and scripting experience (Python, shell, PowerShell, or similar)
- Proactive, hands-on mindset
