We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect to join a growing consultancy and take a leading role in the design and delivery of high-quality Business Central solutions.
This is a senior, customer-facing position suited to someone with extensive Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV experience, strong manufacturing knowledge, and a track record of leading complex ERP implementations.
You'll take ownership of the technical solution throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with customers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Developers to ensure solutions are technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with business requirements.
What you'll be doing
- Designing and owning end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
- Defining the technical approach and producing solution/technical design documentation
- Acting as the key technical point of contact for customers
- Leading and providing technical guidance to project delivery teams
- Reviewing and signing off consultant work and overall solution quality
- Working closely with Project Managers to manage scope, risk, budgets, and delivery
- Supporting customers throughout the full project lifecycle
- Mentoring and developing junior consultants
- Evaluating third-party products, integrations, and add-ons

What we're looking for
- 8+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
- 3+ years' experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant
- Strong manufacturing experience, ideally including 5+ years implementing or upgrading Business Central within manufacturing environments
- Good understanding of finance and wider business processes
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading, mentoring, and supporting other consultants
- Experience with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Events & Extensions, third-party products, and integrations would also be advantageous.
