Solutions Architect | London | Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
I’m currently recruiting for a Solutions Architect to join a growing Tax Transformation team within a leading global professional services organisation. This is a great opportunity for a software developer/engineer with architecture or solution design experience who is ready to move beyond purely technical delivery and play a key role in transforming how a major organisation operates through technology, automation and AI.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work with business stakeholders and BAs to understand problems and design technology solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable, effective solutions
- Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions are designed and delivered correctly
- Contribute to modernisation and transformation initiatives
- Support the development of AI-powered solutions, automation and agents
- Remain hands-on where required, with roughly 30-70% hands-on technical involvement

What we’re looking for:
- Strong software development background, ideally Python or.NET
- Experience with solution design / architecture
- Good understanding of cloud technologies - Azure preferred, but AWS/GCP experience is also considered
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working across both technical and business discussions
- Exposure to AI, automation, prompt engineering or GitHub Copilot would be highly advantageous
- Big 4, Financial Services, Tax or Professional Services experience is a bonus, but not essential.
