Solutions Architect | London | Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

I’m currently recruiting for a Solutions Architect to join a growing Tax Transformation team within a leading global professional services organisation. This is a great opportunity for a software developer/engineer with architecture or solution design experience who is ready to move beyond purely technical delivery and play a key role in transforming how a major organisation operates through technology, automation and AI.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with business stakeholders and BAs to understand problems and design technology solutions
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, effective solutions
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions are designed and delivered correctly
  • Contribute to modernisation and transformation initiatives
  • Support the development of AI-powered solutions, automation and agents
  • Remain hands-on where required, with roughly 30-70% hands-on technical involvement

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
