Role: Solutions Architect
Contract: 6 months initially
Rate: £700–£775 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)
Location: UK – Fully Remote
Start: 🚨 ASAP
We’re currently recruiting for an urgent Solutions Architect to join a banking client of ours on a high-priority employee migration programme.
The role will play a key part in defining and documenting the target solution architecture across the programme, with a particular focus on SAP applications, the UK HR domain, and TUPE/employee migration.

🔑 What you will need to have:
- Proven experience working as a Solutions Architect / Application Solutions Architect.
- Financial services or Banking experience
- Strong SAP application knowledge and experience.
- Strong expertise within the UK HR domain.
- Hands-on experience with TUPE / employee migration programmes – essential.
- Experience designing solutions across complex enterprise technology environments.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and end-to-end business processes.
- Experience producing HLDs and solution architecture documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong documentation skills, ideally including Confluence.
