Solution Architect

London – Hybrid
£80,000 – £90,000
Microsoft / Azure / Solution Architecture / Financial Services

I’m currently working with a growing technology consultancy who are looking to bring a Solution Architect into their expanding delivery team. The business works with organisations across telecommunications, financial services, insurance, and healthcare, helping clients design and deliver modern technology solutions.

Joining a client-facing consulting team, you’ll work across a variety of transformation and technology projects, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate these into scalable, secure, and practical solutions.

You’ll be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions across the Microsoft technology stack, with a strong focus on Azure, cloud architecture, and modern application platforms. You’ll work closely with developers, engineers, project teams, and senior stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The company has offices in London and is looking for someone who is happy to work from the office 2 days per week.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
