The Sales Solutions Architect
The Sales Solutions Architect is a quota-influencing, customer-facing, techno-functional role responsible for developing a deep understanding of customer context and challenges, designing AI-driven agentic workflows, and supporting the sales cycle with compelling solution narratives, demos, and value-engineering activities.
You will partner closely with Business Development Managers to qualify opportunities, design workflow solutions, and demonstrate KAYA's capability-led impact - translating ambiguous business problems into clear, demonstrable, AI-powered outcomes.
This role is critical to driving deal velocity, solution quality, and customer confidence in KAYA's platform, and offers a front-row seat to how leading enterprises are operationalizing agentic AI.

- Partner with Product and Engineering on technical feasibility, integration design, and delivery-effort estimation.
- Assess and recommend appropriate AI/LLM models, agent frameworks, and orchestration patterns for each use case, balancing performance, cost, latency, and governance requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
