Experienced AI Solution Architect – Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio & Azure OpenAI
We are looking for an experienced and motivated AI Solution Architect – Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio & Azure OpenAI to design, implement, and govern enterprise AI and automation solutions. The successful candidate will establish AI architecture standards, governance frameworks, security best practices, and solution documentation while providing technical leadership to development teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design enterprise AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Lead the design and development of AI agents and copilots using Microsoft AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Lyzr.
- Design intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Define architecture standards, reference models, reusable patterns, and solution blueprints.
- Develop and maintain technical architecture documentation and implementation guidance.
- Provide technical leadership to development, data, platform, and engineering teams.
- Review solution designs and guide teams through implementation and production readiness.
- Promote secure, scalable, observable, and supportable AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business, technology, data, security, risk, compliance, and legal stakeholders.
- Support the adoption of AI and automation across business functions.
- Stay current with Microsoft AI capabilities, Generative AI developments, enterprise architecture practices, and regulatory expectations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in AI, Generative AI, or AI solution architecture.
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Microsoft AI Foundry
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Azure OpenAI
- Lyzr
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI architecture, AI agents, copilots, LLM integrations, intelligent automation, and cloud-based AI solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AI governance, security, privacy, responsible AI, compliance, and enterprise risk management.
- Experience developing architecture standards, reference architectures, technical documentation, and governance frameworks.
- Experience providing technical leadership and guidance to engineering and development teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills.
- Experience working in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Fabric, MLOps, LLMOps, APIs, and cloud-native application development.
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance, data-loss prevention policies, identity and access management, and secure integration patterns.
- Experience with AI risk management, model governance, auditability, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure, AI, cloud, architecture, or security certification.
