Role: Lead Integration Architect – Azure

Salary: Up to £90,000 + Benefits

Location: South London

Working Pattern: 4 days per week in the office

We're partnering with a well-known UK retailer undergoing a major technology transformation and building its integration capability in-house.

We're looking for a Lead Integration Architect to take ownership of the integration landscape and help shape how critical platforms across ERP, eCommerce, OMS, warehouse and wider business systems communicate.

This is much more than maintaining an existing estate. You'll join at a point where new platforms and capabilities are being introduced and will have the opportunity to establish the architecture, standards and governance that underpin them.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the integration architecture across key enterprise platforms
  • Defining integration patterns, standards and technical principles
  • Leading the integration approach across ERP, eCommerce, OMS and warehouse systems
  • Designing API-led and event-driven solutions
  • Working across Azure Integration Services
  • Owning architectural decisions and maintaining appropriate design documentation
  • Reviewing and challenging solutions produced by third-party delivery partners
  • Providing technical leadership to Integration Developers
  • Working closely with senior technology and business stakeholders
  • Ensuring integrations are scalable, secure, supportable and appropriately monitored
  • Helping transition integration knowledge and capability in-house

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
