Solution Architect
UK Wide | Offices across London, Manchester, Bristol and Edinburgh | Hybrid
Salary: £60,000 - £105,000 + Package
Are you a hands-on Software Engineer who has moved into Solution Architecture and enjoys solving complex technical problems with clients?
We’re looking for Solution Architects from Senior Consultant through to Principal level to join a growing Digital & Data community, working across a wide range of sectors and challenging technology programmes.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and assuring solutions across complex technology programmes
- Working closely with engineering teams to define technical vision and architecture
- Creating HLDs, Technical Options Papers and Key Design Decisions
- Advising senior stakeholders on technology strategy, costs and delivery
- Working across Application, Data, Technology, Security and Business Architecture

What we’re looking for
- Strong Software Engineering background with experience leading engineering teams
- Commercial Solution Architecture / Technical Architecture experience
- Experience across AWS, Azure or GCP
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, MODAF or Zachman, and modelling tools such as ArchiMate, UML or Ardoq, would be beneficial but isn't essential.
