Remote UK
Contract 6-12 months
£600 - £650 per day
Build the AI agents that customers actually talk to.
We're working with a leading UK brand that is transforming its customer service with AI agents across chat and voice. They're looking for a hands-on Solutions Architect to design, build and scale those agents, connecting them to real systems so they don't just answer questions, they get things done.
What you'll be doing
- Designing end-to-end AI agent solutions on Sierra AI (or a similar platform) across chat, voice and messaging
- Mapping customer journeys and deciding what the AI handles, and when it hands over to a person
- Integrating agents with CRM, order management, billing, knowledge bases and telephony through APIs
- Leading delivery from proof of concept to live production, working with CX, engineering, security and the platform vendor
- Building testing and evaluation frameworks, and improving performance using resolution rate, CSAT and handover metrics
- Setting guardrails for safe, compliant, on-brand AI conversations

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
