Role Summary
Seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Architect with strong experience designing and deploying Sovereign AI platforms in telecom, government, or highly regulated environments. The role requires expertise across Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, NVIDIA AI Enterprise/NIM, GPU infrastructure, AI governance, and cloud-native platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end Sovereign AI architectures covering infrastructure, data, security, AI applications, governance, and model lifecycle.
- Architect and operationalize NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NVIDIA NIM, GPU-accelerated platforms, and production-scale inference.
- Design LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, model-serving, and domain-specific AI solutions.
- Define AI reference architectures, deployment blueprints, and modernization roadmaps.
- Advise customers on AI adoption, deployment models, data sovereignty, security, and governance.
- Collaborate with telecom, engineering, government, regulatory, and executive stakeholders.
- Apply AI to telecom use cases including network operations, service assurance, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, RCA, autonomous networks, and digital twins.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong AI Solutions Architecture / AI Platform Engineering experience.
- Proven Sovereign AI / secure AI platform experience.
- Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, LLM fine-tuning, model serving.
- NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NVIDIA NIM, CUDA/GPU infrastructure.
- Kubernetes, OpenStack, Docker/containers, cloud-native AI platforms.
- Vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, data sovereignty, security, and regulated environments.
- Telecom experience across OSS/BSS, Network Operations, Service Assurance, Fixed/Mobile Networks, Network Cloud, or Security Operations.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Nice to Have
- Government, defense, public sector, or critical infrastructure experience.
- TSA requirements and national infrastructure security knowledge.
- Digital Twins, Smart Cities, or National AI Platform experience.
- Experience with air-gapped environments.
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- AI consulting/technology advisory background.
- Responsible AI and model risk management experience.
