Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on marketing technology solutions for the marketing organizations at some of the most innovative companies in the world.
  • Drive multiple customer migrations or projects simultaneously, serving as the technical point of contact for key accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify and develop new opportunities by deeply understanding business goals and industry trends.
  • Implement defined processes, ensuring the timely resolution of support tickets and customer issues.
  • Gather customer feedback to translate issues into actionable product insights.
  • Leverage knowledge of products, technologies, and business to build scalable solutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with team members and cross-functional partners.
  • Influence decision-making through the presentation of data-centric business topics.
  • Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Deep Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise, with advanced hands-on knowledge of IDP/IDaaS, SSO, SAML/SCIM, provisioning, and access governance.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, global IAM projects and programs end-to-end.
  • 7+ years in client-facing technical consultant roles such as Solutions Architect, Solutions/Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consultant.
  • Strong consultancy mindset, with the ability to translate client business goals into technical execution plans and advise credibly at both technical and executive levels.
  • Strong technical background across enterprise architecture, cloud systems, security, and integration.
  • Experience deploying large partner integration projects.
  • Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stacks.
  • Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must comply with GDPR and applicable data protection/privacy regulations, and client data handling, confidentiality, and information security policies when working with client identity systems and any personal or business data accessed during migrations and integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with leading IdP/IDaaS/SSO platforms (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint).
  • Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian).
  • AI literacy, including familiarity with generative AI tools and the ability to apply AI to improve workflows, productivity, and client solutions.
  • Value-driven, consultative approach focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of AdTech, Advertising, or Digital Marketing (Brand or Direct Response).
  • Technical understanding of advertising products (including Ads and Pages API).
  • Experience working with API documents, calling APIs using scripts, and testing APIs.
  • Experience with Swagger and Postman.
