About the Role

We’re partnering with a growing fintech operating across workplace pensions and financial wellbeing to appoint a commercially minded Solutions Architect.

You’ll help employers understand how the offering fits their business, work through complex payroll and benefits requirements, and use those conversations to influence the company’s product and service direction.

Sitting within the commercial team, this role combines customer-facing solution design with meaningful ownership of proposition development. You’ll work closely with HR and Finance leaders, partners, Product, Marketing and Client Success to identify unmet needs and turn them into practical, commercially valuable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations with employers to understand their objectives, existing systems and operational requirements.
• Map how payroll, HR and benefits platforms fit together and scope realistic integration options with technical teams.
• Support complex sales and partnership conversations, explaining technical detail clearly and building confidence in the proposed solution.
• Develop workable approaches where standard integrations do not meet a client’s needs, including phased implementation and interim processes.
• Identify recurring customer challenges and opportunities to strengthen the workplace proposition.
• Build business cases for new product capabilities, partnerships and service improvements.
• Influence product priorities and work with Client Success to shape the ongoing employer experience.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to communicate the value of new offerings and support their launch.
• Measure outcomes and refine solutions using customer feedback and commercial performance.
