Working across Finance, operations, Sales and IT teams, the Solution Architect provides architectural leadership throughout the programme lifecycle—from vendor selection and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and legacy decommissioning.

Purpose:

The Solution Architect is responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end solution architecture for the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Transformation Programme. • Provide architectural recommendations to support technology selection decisions
  • Define how applications, platforms, integrations, data, and infrastructure work together across the Lead-to-Cash landscape.
  • Ensure alignment between CRM, CPQ, Order Management, time and attendance, Billing, ERP, and supporting enterprise platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify the technology estate and reduce technical debt.
  • Ensure architecture supports future business growth and strategic objectives
  • Define architectural roadmaps for retiring legacy applications.
  • Contribute to the overall programme test strategy.
  • Ensure architecture supports functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, security, and operational testing.
  • Define architecture validation activities and technical acceptance criteria

  • Review solution designs to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Manage technical risks, assumptions, issues, and architectural decisions.
  • Maintain architectural documentation and traceability throughout the programme lifecycle

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
