Solution Architect (Data)

Help shape how data is used to drive better outcomes

We’re looking for a Solution Architect with a passion for data to design end-to-end solutions and help shape how data is managed, shared, and used across a complex organisation.

This isn’t a pure data engineering role. You’ll operate as a core Solutions Architect, working across business and technology domains while bringing deeper expertise in data architecture, modelling, and analytics.

What you’ll do

  • Design end-to-end solutions aligned to enterprise architecture, strategy, and technology principles
  • Define data flows, pipelines, models, and integration patterns
  • Shape data architecture across integration, analytics, and operational systems
  • Enable reusable data products, shared datasets, and scalable data solutions
  • Embed data governance, quality, lineage, and lifecycle into solution designs
  • Work closely with engineering, product, delivery, and business stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve simplicity, reuse, and value from data
  • Support the adoption of modern data platforms and analytics capabilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
