PERM SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT (DEFENCE & AI) | HYBRID OXFORD | £70K - £90K & EQUITY
Few&Far are working with a pioneering Sovereign AI scaleup that builds cutting-edge ML systems for the UK Defence and National Security sectors.
They are currently looking for a Solutions Architect to act as the technical lead for their rapidly growing Land domain product suite.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between commercial sales and technical delivery. You will accompany the sales team to client sites, listen to complex operational problems, and use your Python and ML knowledge to prototype, sandbox, and design technical solutions that actually work on the ground.

What you will need:
- UK Defence Experience: A strong understanding of the UK Land domain. (Previous experience with the MoD, Army, or a major Defence Prime is highly desirable).
- Python Proficiency: You do not need to be a software engineer, but you must be highly capable of coding in Python, prototype ideas.
- ML Knowledge: A solid grasp of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to real-world problems.
- Client-Facing Skills: Previous experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or a customer-facing architecture role.
- Clearance: You must hold, or be eligible for, UK SC Clearance & UK Eyes Only (you must be a sole UK citizen and not be a dual national).

What is on offer:
- £70K to £90K base salary depending on experience
- Equity (EMI options scheme)
- Minimum 4 days a month required in the Oxford office + travel to client sites across the UK
