We're working with a leading defence technology organisation that is at the forefront of innovation, investing heavily in the future of defence capability through experimentation, emerging technologies, and advanced solutions. This organisation is shaping the next generation of defence, focusing on critical areas such as AI, autonomous systems, and advanced communications.
The Role
- Lead exciting programmes and shape the design, testing, and delivery of defence capabilities.
- Sit at the intersection of architecture, systems engineering, customer engagement, and innovation.
- Work across a portfolio of defence experimentation and demonstration activities.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across MOD, NATO organisations, and industry partners.
- Contribute to bids, business development, and mentor other Solution Architects.
- Influence architecture strategy and provide technical leadership to engineering teams.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience building solutions for complex technical problems, ideally within defence or highly secure environments.
- Strong background in solution and systems architecture.
- Expertise in defence capability development and experimentation.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, autonomous systems, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of multi-domain integration, cyber security, and Secure by Design principles.
- SC clearance is essential.
