Solutions Architect (SaaS Implementation Consultant)
Up to £75,000 - Central Manchester 2x a week
We’re working with a growing SaaS business looking for a Solutions Architect to lead customer implementations from initial discovery through to go-live.
This is a customer-facing, delivery-focused role where you’ll work closely with customers to understand their challenges, design the right solution, and ensure it’s successfully delivered. As their Solutions Architect, you'll act as the bridge between customer requirements and the technical capabilities of the platform, owning the solution design, testing and overall customer experience.

What you’ll do
- Lead customer discovery sessions and understand business requirements
- Design IVR, call flows, routing, integrations and reporting solutions
- Own implementations from kick-off to go-live
- Manage UAT, testing and quality assurance
- Coordinate internal teams across build, testing and Customer Success
- Manage scope, timelines and risks
- Drive platform adoption, customer value and expansion opportunities
This isn't a pure technical build role. You design the solution, own the delivery and make sure the customer gets the outcome they were promised.

What will make you stand out:
- Any experience within SaaS Implementation or Onboarding from discovery through to go-live (Contact Centre platforms a huge plus!)
- Understanding of IVR, call routing, telephony or CRM integrations
- Commercial and customer focused approach to the role
