Solution Architect
3 - 6 Month Initial Contract
Location: Remote (Laptop pickup required from designated office)
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
£600-£625pd (Outside IR35)
Role Overview
A government agency is seeking a skilled Solution Architect for involvement in an important IT project. The current supervisory IT system faces significant challenges, necessitating an expert to analyse current systems, recommend improvements, and help design a future-proof IT architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and gather requirements for upgrades or new solutions.
- Evaluate existing technology stacks and propose effective third-party solutions.
- Produce a detailed Solution Design Document.
- Ensure solutions align with cloud standards (AWS/Azure) and internal technical requirements.
- Provide expertise in mixed method solutions inclusive of SAAS, COT, and bespoke developments.
- Facilitate system integration to comply with standards, ensuring seamless operation.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven ability in architectural analysis and design.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Strong grasp of existing and emerging IT systems and products suitable for the infrastructure.
- Skilled in overseeing integrations and compliance with security standards.
