The opportunity

A leading global technology company is seeking two experienced Solutions Architects to join its Core Engineering function.

This client-facing role requires deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Providers, IDaaS, Single Sign-On, SAML and SCIM. You will lead complex identity migrations and technical integration programmes for major organisations across EMEA.

Working closely with clients, sales teams and internal product specialists, you will translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with consulting, stakeholder management and pre-sales responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted technical consultant and subject-matter expert for enterprise identity and marketing technology solutions.
  • Lead multiple large-scale customer migrations and integration projects simultaneously.
  • Serve as the principal technical point of contact for key client accounts.
  • Translate commercial objectives and technical requirements into clear execution plans.
  • Advise technical specialists, senior executives and marketing stakeholders.
  • Work with sales teams to identify and develop new opportunities.
  • Design scalable solutions across enterprise architecture, cloud technology, security and systems integration.
  • Lead partner integrations from discovery and solution design through implementation and delivery.
  • Resolve customer issues and technical support requests within agreed timescales.
  • Gather customer feedback and convert recurring challenges into actionable product insights.
  • Build effective relationships across sales, product, engineering and client teams.
  • Present technical recommendations and data-led business insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the interviewing and onboarding of new team members.
  • Maintain high standards of privacy, security and regulatory compliance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
