Salary

£95,000 to £100,000 + benefits (30 days’ holiday, 35 hours working week, good pension)

To qualify

The CRM Solutions Architect (Dynamics 365) will have a demonstrable, multi-organisational, background in solutions architecture, be well versed in the Well-Architected Framework, have an excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 (including Case Management and Field Service) and Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), be comfortable working with the Agile methodology, have strong vendor management experience and good collaboration, accountability, transparency and time management competencies.

The role

The role is to take full architectural ownership of my client’s Dynamics on-prem to Dynamics 365 migration as part of a wider cloud first programme, to include case management, field service and sales and marketing via internal and vendor resource.
